The Company is led by top railroad industry executives with extensive track records and over 200 years of collective experience in the rail industry.

Key members of IRP’s team founded RailAmerica, Inc. (NYSE:RA) in 1985, and Patriot Rail Corp. in 2005.

Through its acquisitions of over 90 short line and regional freight railroads over the past 35 years, the IRP team has an established reputation for profitably acquiring and operating over 16,000 miles of rail lines, generating revenues of approx. $600 million and producing more than $170 million of EBITDA.

The acquired railroads operated in six countries, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Australia.
